A board works, or it doesn't. I prove which.

Hardware engineer · Yogyakarta, Indonesia

I design circuit boards for medical equipment and energy systems, and I take them the whole way: schematic, PCB layout, the firmware that tests them, and the fabrication files that go to the factory.

I joined my company as its first hardware engineer. There was no product to copy and nobody to learn from, so I built the function while teaching myself. Five designs have since been released to production.

The part I care about most is verification. A board that works is not the same thing as a board you can prove works.
